Vision-Guided Copper Foil Placement
An upper dual-camera vision system captures images to identify the position and orientation of the copper foil, enabling precise placement. The Tianji SCARA robot communicates with the camera to obtain point coordinates and uses 5 nozzles to pick up the copper foil. A lower camera then captures another image to calculate a compensation value for precise placement. Project highlights: the robot communicates with 3 cameras and performs automatic calibration, with the lower camera providing automatic compensation and correction, meeting a precision requirement of 0.03 mm.
